We offer free shipping on selected and limited items.

All orders are shipped using standard USPS shipping. In the event that you are unable to locate your package “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local postal office.

Orders are usually shipped within 3-4 business days from the time of purchase.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

Webticulous Digital Inc. (owner of Pray for One Pray for All apparel), will not be held responsible for shipping address discrepancies which could lead to lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered items.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. We are unable to make changes if the shipping product or information provided at the time of purchase was entered incorrectly.

Tracking numbers are emailed to each customer when the shipping label is printed. This indicates that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in.

This does not indicate that your order is lost or is in transit. It is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days.

Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.

Due to complications related to the COVID-19 virus and social distancing practices, delays in shipping may be experienced. Orders may take 7-16 business days to process and ship.

Delays may also occur due to low inventory, in which case you will be notified.

We thank you for your purchase and hope that you are happy with your product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

All return or exchange requests must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

To return an item, please email us at info@webticulous.com to explain the reason for your return. Place item securely in its original packaging and include the item with receipt of purchase and contact information. Be sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color, and size. Upon receipt of your return request, we will provide you with additional information on return shipping of your product.

We apologize if you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your order. You have the right to request a full refund. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange and provide a refund.

Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your purchase to process your return or exchange.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Refunds are sent to the original form of payment. If you no longer have the original payment method you will be responsible for contacting your financial institution.
